2. Description:
Horizontal type H-beam assembly&welding production line is researched and developed by ourselves combined with the advance technology of similar products home and abroad. It is specially used for the light duty type H-beam welding.
According to the H-beam height, our horizontal type H-beam production line can be divided into 1.2m and 1.5m standards.
Horizontal type H-beam assembly&welding production line is usually made up of the following stand-alone machines: end assembling machine, front welding machine, overturning machine, back welding machine.
By employing the horizontal assembly mode, the horizontal H beam production line can assemble H beam successfully with one time, which has enhanced the assembling efficiency largely. Taking usage of the horizontal welding mode to welding H beam can decrease the welding deformation effectively. The double wire single arc welding method can facilitate to improve the welding speed.
Composed of horizontal assembly machine, welding machine, roll-over stand and roller conveyor, the horizontal H beam production line is designed for mass production of light H beam, whose efficiency is 1.2 to 1.5 times of ordinary light H beam production line.
